Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Delivery times are approximate. Delays excused only for unforeseeable events beyond Seller's control. Any delay will be excused only if (I) such delay is due to strike, fire, windstorm, riot, act of God, act of the public enemy, or other unforeseeable cause beyond the control and without the fault or negligence of Seller and if (II) Seller shall have notified Buyer in writing of the existence of such cause within five (5) days after the commencement of the delay, giving all pertinent information concerning such cause.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer free economy shipping within the contiguous United States. If you would like faster shipping options, those are available and calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to countries that are available through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. You may visit your selected shipper's website for more details.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Creative Laine is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hillary@creative-laine.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to PO Boxes
Private shipping companies or carriers, such as UPS and FedEx, are not able to deliver to (place mail in) a PO Box. Only the United States Postal Service® is permitted to deliver mail to (place mail in) a PO Box.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount to the original form of payment provided at purchase.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hillary@creative-laine.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
